🔥Delicious Nariyal 🤩🥥🥣⬜

  Ingredients * 3 cup🍚 or 200 grms desiccated coconut🥥🥥 * 1.5 cup or 350 grms sugar🍚 ¾ cup water💦💧 * 1 tsp ghee☕ * Garnish🥣: almond🌰 and pistachio slits🥜🌰 Instructions * Heat 1 tsp🥄 ghee in a pan🥣. * Add dry coconut🥥 and roast ♨️ it for 2-3 minutes🕚. * Keep it aside🍲. * Now in the same pan🥣, add sugar🍚 and water💦. * Mix well 🥣and on medium flame 🔥 cook sugar syrup🥞 until it reaches 2‼ string consistency🥣🥄. * Add dry coconut🥥 and mix well 🥣on low flame🔥. * When the mixture🥣 leaves the sides🥣 of the pan🍲 then switch off the gas🚫 * Pour ⚗mixture in grease🍛 plate and Allow ✅it to cool 🧊down🔽. * Now cut✂️🍽 into pieces🥧 and Garnish🍛 with pistachio🥜 slits and almond🌰 slits. * Store nariyal pak⬜◽⬜ into airtight🔋 container🥫. Notes Sugar syrup🥞 should have 2‼ string 🥄consistencies🥣. Do not 🚫overcook⚗ nariyal ⬜◽⬜pak mixture🍛.

  Hey guyss Its your ZZ page   Ingredients:- Mutton kaima ( Minced meat) – 150 gm Cinnamon- ½ “ piece Clove – 1 No. Fennel seeds – 1 tsp Poppy seeds– 1 tsp Shallots – 7 Nos Garlic – 5 pods Ginger – 1” piece Green chillies – 3 Nos Red chillies – 3 Nos Grated coconut – 1 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Fried gram powder– 150 ml Curry leaves – 2 sprigs Salt to taste Oil to fry *Wash the mutton kaima thoroughly and squeeze out the water and keep it aside. *In a kadai, add a tablespoon of oil and season with cinnamon, clove and fennel seeds. *Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté for a while. *Add green, red chillies and khus khus and sauté till nice aroma comes. *Add curry leave sand coconut and sauté for 2 minutes. *Now, add mutton kaima and sauté , close the kadai with a lid and cook the kaima. Delicious🥣 Chettinad🔥 Nattukozhi🐔🍗 Fry🤩

Hey Guyss🎊, Its your  ZZ page💐.            Today we gonna make Chettinad Nattukozhi Fry in an easy and traditional method😉.          Let's get started🥳.          Initially mix 1 kg of Nattukozhi🐔, 1/2 table spoon of Turmeric powder and Salt🧂 (Required).          Boil this in Cooker for about 2 whistles✌🏻 with little amount of Water🗨.          Parallely place a Kadai and add 3 table spoons of Coriander seeds, 6 to 8 Red chillies🌶, 1/2 table spoon of Fennel seeds and Cummin seeds, 1 Cinnamon,  a spoon of Black Peppers, 2 Cloves, 2 Cardamom and fry until we get an awesome flavor🤩.         Once its done, let it cool down😎. Pour the mixture in the mixer grinder🧆and grind it to a corse powder🍲.         In the mean time our Nattukozhi 🥩is boiled nicely🍣. Switch off the cooker.    ...
