Delicious🥣 Chettinad🔥 Nattukozhi🐔🍗 Fry🤩

Today we gonna make Chettinad Nattukozhi Fry in an easy and traditional method😉.
Let's get started🥳.
Initially mix 1 kg of Nattukozhi🐔, 1/2 table spoon of Turmeric powder and Salt🧂 (Required).
Boil this in Cooker for about 2 whistles✌🏻 with little amount of Water🗨.
Parallely place a Kadai and add 3 table spoons of Coriander seeds, 6 to 8 Red chillies🌶, 1/2 table spoon of Fennel seeds and Cummin seeds, 1 Cinnamon, a spoon of Black Peppers, 2 Cloves, 2 Cardamom and fry until we get an awesome flavor🤩.
Once its done, let it cool down😎. Pour the mixture in the mixer grinder🧆and grind it to a corse powder🍲.
In the mean time our Nattukozhi 🥩is boiled nicely🍣. Switch off the cooker.
Take another Kadai, add 3 to 4 spoons of Sesame oil🛢, 2 finely chopped Onions🧅 and Curry leaves🌿.
Saute this until the Onions🧅 get golden brown colour. Now add➕ One and half table spoon of Ginger🦰 Garlic🧄 paste and saute 🍲till raw smell 👃goes off.
Finally add our Boiled Chicken🍗 and Grinded mixture🥧. Saute and mix all together🍵 so that our chicken gets soaked 🥘with the spicy mixture🍲.
Pour some water over it🏺 and close the lid for about 5 mins. Switch off the flame🥠, saute it once and sprinkle some Coriander🍃 leaves🍃 .
Now our "Heavenly🤩 Savory 🔥 Chettinad Nattukozhi Fry " is all ready🥣 to serve🍛.
